(this one is more far-fetched) With Marinette's new self-confidence and desire to correct her past mistakes, she'll try to connect to Chloe as Marinette and develop some minimally friendly relationship with her, helping her to work through her issues with Ladybug, and eventually giving her the bee miraculous again. Nathalie is bedridden for good, something Adrien will notice and investigate, leading him to suspect her and his father. Hawk Moth will spend more time in the field, not just with the butterfly miraculous but also the peacock, or both, and making use of power-ups. Marinette, as the new guardian, needs to know the identity of all miraculous holders and will have to ask Cat Noir to reveal himself to her. With Marinette not being clumsy around him anymore, Adrien will start to notice her more and get to know her better, eventually developing feelings for her. As such, since she already views Cat Noir as a close friend (getting closer every day) and with him no longer flirting with her, she finally feels comfortable opening up to him more, and even developing feelings for him. Marinette is not officially dating Luka (this was only hinted at, but not shown definitely), but instead she is open to pursuing other options. If nothing else, I expect a lot less "cookie-cutter" episodes in this season and more character/plot development.
MIRACULOUS LADYBUG SEASON 1 THEORIES HOW TO
There was a bit of a refreshing change of pace in season 3 where not every episode followed the same formula, but this season has every reason to change things up even more: Nathalie is now out of commission, not just as Mayura but possibly as an assistant at all Hawk Moth now has access to a second, functional miraculous, and may make use of it on occasion instead of his own (or together with his own) Hawk Moth also has access to a fully translated spell book, allowing him to power up both of his miraculous and learn how to merge them the dynamic between Ladybug and Cat Noir will be entirely different with Cat Noir no longer flirting Marinette and Adrien will have a very different dynamic with Marinette no longer being super awkward and clumsy around him all of the miraculous holders identities have now been revealed to Hawk Moth if Ladybug wants to give out a new miraculous, she'll now go to her own home to retrieve it. Next, I really liked this season finale because I feel like they're really setting up to change the status quo. Even though I know they have a record of releasing late, last season was teased at starting in march or april, yet we got the first episode in december, so I'll keep this hope. My first hope is that it airs sooner than next fall.
